Description

To request the Unaccompanied Minor service, you must do so no later than 24 hours before the child’s flight. Parents or guardians will need to complete an Air Carrier Care Instruction form, which can be obtained from a LOT Polish Airlines office or at the check-in counter.Based on the information from LOT Polish Airlines, unaccompanied minors under the age of 16 who are travelling alone are not allowed to transport animals either on board or in the baggage hold. The Unaccompanied Minor service can be booked at LOT sales offices or through their Contact Center. It’s important to note that the assistance service is NOT available on code-share flights.
