Sexual harassment at the workplace is a serious concern. Not only does it violate women’s right to life, liberty, and equality, but it also creates a work environment that is insecure and hostile. With The POSH Act in place, there is still a need for an effective mechanism to monitor workplace-related incidents of harassment which need to be addressed and remedied at the earliest.
