JAIIB Exam:-

The Junior Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (JAIIB) is a premier certification program in the banking industry. The exam is conducted by the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF) and is designed to test the fundamental knowledge and skills of banking professionals. This article provides an overview of the JAIIB exam, its structure, syllabus, and benefits for candidates.
The JAIIB exam is conducted twice a year and consists of four papers in 2023 new JAIIB syllabus: 

1. Paper-I   (Indian Economy & Indian Financial System)
2. Paper-II  (Principles & Practices of Banking)
3. Paper-III (Accounting and Financial Management for Bankers)
4. Paper-IV (Retail Banking and Wealth Management)

Each paper is of two hours duration and is conducted in a multiple-choice question (MCQ) format. Candidates are required to secure a minimum of 45% marks in each paper and an aggregate of 50% in all four papers to be declared as pass.
