STATE EXAMS: UP LEKHPAL
The recruitment notification for the post of Chakbandi Lekhpal will be released soon by Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Service Selection Commission shortly known as UPSSSC. Interested aspirants can apply online as soon as the Official Notification will be released.
The selection process for UP Lekhpal had two stages i.e. Written Test & Interview. Now, there will be a single stage of selection: the Written Examination with a total of 100 questions as the stage of the interview has been revoked by the commission.
UPDATES
Notification for the Post of Chakbandi Lekhpal is to be released soon (tentative in November, after the PET result) for a total of around 8000 posts by The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UPSSSC).
It is important to note that to apply for UP Lekhpal, candidates must clear UPSSSC PET Exam 2021.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Age Limit: To apply for the post of UP Lekhpal 2021 the minimum and maximum age of the candidate should be:
Minimum: 18 Years
Maximum: 40 Years
The age relaxation for the reserved categories is in accordance with the Government of India guidelines.
Educational Qualification: Candidates who wish to apply for the UP Lekhpal Recruitment 2021, must be intermediate or class 12th passed from a government-certified board.
SALARY STRUCTURE
The selected candidates for the post of Lekhpal will be paid an attractive salary package of Rs 21,700 – Rs 69,100 + Grade Pay Rs. 2000/- per month as per revised Pay Matrix Level-3.
JOB PROFILE
Main duties of a Lekhpal: to keep a record of agricultural land, consolidation, making certificates, Village revenue records, village land records and removing possession from the lands, etc.
A Lekhpal is also known as an Accounts Officer in Uttar Pradesh.

UP Lekhpal Exam 2021 (Mains)
